NSW Dominated Commercial Sales Volumes in 2017 Despite Office 'Squeeze'

Commercial sales in NSW is expected to continue to grow in the next three months despite a predicted slowdown in Australia's general property market in 2018.

The office market across New South Wales, especially in Sydney, has experienced a recent increase due to developments such as the Sydney metro line. 

New South Wales also had the largest combined sales value of disclosed commercial properties, reaching $3.7 million as the average sale price of a commercial property.
