OFFICE SPACE NOW FOR LEASE AT SYDNEY'S HELLENIC CLUB

Following the $4 million-plus renovation of its 238-240 Castlereagh Street building, Sydney’s Hellenic Club is now offering office space for lease at its renowned Elizabeth Street headquarters.

Known as Hellenic House, 251-253 Elizabeth Street is located on the western side of Elizabeth Street, between Bathurst and Liverpool streets.

The building is being marketed for lease by Ray White Commercial's John Skufris on behalf of Hellenic Club Limited.

Mr Skufris said: "251-253 Elizabeth St offers fitted suites from approximately 100 sqm with outstanding views of Hyde Park and excellent proximity to the Downing Centre, World Square and Museum Station.

“Other occupants at 251-253 Elizabeth St include Rosenblum & Partners and TW Legal, while the Hellenic Club Restaurant is located on the top floor.”

The six-storey Hellenic House building opened in 1959 and the popular Hellenic Club restaurant has hosted famous Greek delicacies for prime ministers, premiers and international celebrities.

Mr Skufris has said 251-253 Elizabeth Street offered highly competitive rents and flexible lease terms.

“It’s ideal for small to medium enterprises such as legal, accounting and training groups,” he said.

The Hellenic Club’s opening of 238 – 240 Castlereagh Street included the Alpha restaurant located at ground level.
