OFFICE TENANTS SWITCH ON TO REDFERN STATION PRECINCT

Non-profit group People with Disability Australia (PWD) has relocated to new office premises in Sydney's city fringe through Ray White Commercial.

The firm has secured a 433 sqm whole floor opportunity from a private owner at Level 10, 1 Lawson Square Street, Redfern.

The leasing deal was negotiated by Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Director John Skufris.

“1 Lawson Square offered excellent proximity to public transport, an existing fit out and excellent city views,” Mr Skufris said.

PWD has taken out a three year lease at a gross rental of $166,705 per annum.

In a separate transaction, Mr Skufris said the Aboriginal Disability Network had leased 129 sqm nearby at Level 4, 161 Redfern Street, Redfern, at a gross rental of $450 per sqm per annum, including one parking space.
