Barana Group Lodges Proposal for ADC House on Kent Street

 Barana Group has lodged a development application for a $68 million tower in the place of the ADC House on Kent Street.

The developer seeks to renew the existing approval for the 189 Kent Street site, which originally secured approval in 2015, to move ahead with a competitive design process.

The proposal seeks approval for the demolition of the existing 1960s-built 18-storey ADC House and to establish a building envelope for a mixed-use residential development which could reach up to 23 storeys or 80 metres in height.
