Hannover Life Re is relocating and merging both its Life and Re divisions into one office after acquiring more than 2,300 square metres of premium-grade office space at Level 33 of Tower One Barangaroo in the Sydney CBD, on a seven-year term.
The reinsurance group’s Life and Re divisions were previously at 70 Phillip Street and 20 Bond Street, respectively.
The net annual market rents for the tower run as high as $1,250 per square metre with separate outgoings at around $200 per square metre.
