The infrastructure boom in New South Wales is driving office demand upwards with engineering and construction firms taking up leases in office spaces across the state.
A prime example is the Chinese-backed John Holland, which has been taking a number of leases across the Sydney CBD, St Leonards and surrounding areas, totalling over 8,600 sqm of office space.
The $30 billion public transport project is expected to open up opportunities to increase capacity for office markets such as Norwest, Chatswood and Macquarie.
