Singaporean operator JustCo secured its first digs at Pitt Street and GPT’s Space & Co expanding its existing George Street site to take over a whole floor.
As a part of the company’s aim to double its regional footprint, JustCo rented the 4,200 sq m space in Dexus’ refurbished 175 Pitt Street tower followed by last month’s DekaImmobilienGlobal’s refurbished 15 William Street office tower in Melbourne.
Meanwhile, local landlord GPT has opened a new full-floor space on level 10 of its 580 George Street building, replacing the 700 sq m facility Space & Co on the second level.
Sydney’s co-working offerings are now growing and large corporate tenants are leading. This has has moved beyond the realm of the start-up into a mainstream office procurement practice.
