The Bank of Sydney swooped on a Pitt Street Office

Buying the complex from  Kingsmede for about $50 million, Bank of Sydney claimed the seven-storey Pitt Street office block in the Sydney’s central business district.

The property is in a prime location and has been identified as a tower cluster area in the Central Sydney Planning Strategy. The bank is likely to make the most of the building’s street frontage to Spring and Pitt streets.

Aside from having seven floors of office space, the building also includes 221 sq m floor plates, 2 ground floor retail premises and new end-of-trip facilities, making a total of of 1709 sq m of net leasable area on a 284 sq m site.
