This development will cover approx. 140,000 square metres and was previously occupied by the famous Hudson's department store. Wasserman Projects

Not your typical gallery, Detroit native Gary Wasserman's art space displays exhibitions for around three months, sparking discussion and interest around each one. The 1917 building was previously used as the Detroit Fire Department's engine repair centre.

Packard Plant Redevelopment, Fernando Palazuelo

The redevelopment of the Packard Plant was the largest renovation project in North America in 2017, covering around 160,000 square metres and set to be finished by the end of the year. The whole project is expected to take over 10 years to complete.

Book Tower redevelopment, Bedrock

Costing $313 million, the renovation of the tower will deliver new office, retail and residency space to the 1926 skyscraper. The restoration will be finished by 2019.
