Energy company Origin will join corporate tenants Westpac, PwC Australia, KPMG, Hicksons Lawyers and more in Tower One which has an estimated end value of $2 billion. The 10 year lease is 7850 square metres and covers the last adjoining floors in the massive 108,000 sqm building. Only two whole floors remain for lease.
Lendlease's managing director for Barangaroo South, Rob Dock said, "Tower One is a premier commercial hub for Sydney's corporate community, with large flexible floor plates, commanding views and a modern environment with open plan spaces."
