Growing appetite for flexible working spaces

Victory Offices, part of the Australian conglomerate Victory Group, has opened its latest Sydney location. A 1500-square-metre space on the 10th level of 420 George Street is its third in Sydney. The location has already 30 per cent of its space leased to multinational companies.

Research has been made and they have concluded that flexible spaces will overtake the traditional serviced office model by 2020. A third of the global offices will be co-working spaces by 2030.

“It shows Melbourne is the biggest co-working space centre nationally, followed by Sydney,” reported by the Property Council of Australia.

Victory Offices has developed new model that does not only focus on the “original” flexible space.  A premium and fully serviced package will increase interest from larger firms by providing diversified flexible spaces including hot desking, virtual offices and private offices.
