Space & Co, Sydney’s newest co-working hub shows another impressive workspace manifested on a 1,224 – square metre area seated along George Street. Designed by BVN, in collaboration with Schiavello, the layout offers a flexible working area with desks, boardrooms, private suites and workstations that were carefully picked for the better output quality.
The textured interior design showcases high proportion of materials like timber flooring, raw concrete, aluminum and glass. Health conscious environment surrounds the users with its biophilic elements, adding the pleasant ambience of the kitchen.
The perfection of the space’s feature is highlighted with the “glass house” that allows an impressive views of the George Street all across to the iconic Sydney Town Hall and the Queen Victoria. On the whole, Space&Co set up another office that inspires excellence and productivity.
“We wanted a partner that we could collaborate with, and who could be flexible in their thinking while respecting the intention for the space that we are trying to create. Schiavello Group really delivered on that front,” said Shey Hooper, Space&Co.’s national director.
