Mortgage broking firm N1 Finance & Lease has relocated to a National Trust listed building in the Sydney CBD in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Director John Skufris.
Mr Skufris said N1 Finance & Lease is moving to 115 sqm of office space at Level 4, 285 George Street, Sydney. They had been located on King Street, opposite the MLC Centre.
He said 285 George Street is a seven storey office building privately owned by Kapau Holdings with net lettable office area of 2,531sqm.
“Built in 1923, the façade of 285 George is also classified by the National Trust,” Mr Skufris said.
“Level 4 offers open plan office accommodation with good lift exposure and excellent proximity to public transport.
“The building is ideally located just north of Wynyard Station and enjoys excellent exposure at the prominent intersection of George and Hunter Streets.”
Mr Skufris said N1 Finance & Lease has secured its tenancy for three years with an option of a further three years.
“Other tenants in the building include Paxton’s Photographics and ACMN, the entertainment marketing and advertising agency,” he said.
