T-BONE SIZZLING AT 61 YORK STREET
Creative digital agency T-Bone Productions is the latest business to move into a popular Nick Manettas-owned building in the Sydney CBD's western corridor.
The agency has leased a whole floor of approximately 208 sqm at 7/61 York Street, Sydney, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial's John Skufris and Anthony Harris.
Mr Skufris said T-Bone Productions were moving to larger premises from the King Street Wharf precinct.
“This is a partitioned offering with meeting room, boardroom, two executive offices and communications room all within close proximity to Wynyard Station,” he said.
Mr Harris said 61 York St had proved popular with a wide range of tenants.
"The building provides whole floor tenancies with the availability of oversized exclusive use balconies”.
T-Bone Productions has secured a three-year lease for a gross rental of $680 per sqm per annum.
Nick Manettas is the founder of Sydney waterfront dining venues including Nick's Seafood and Nick's Bar & Grill.
