Building, construction and fit out firms have been active securing Sydney CBD office accommodation for 2014, says Ray White Commercial.

Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Director John Skufris said the Hellenic Club building on Elizabeth Street was the latest property to be leased over the festive season.
He said the QY Group secured approximately 100 sqm at Level 2, 251 Elizabeth Street at an initial rent of $400 per sqm per annum. 
The deal was negotiated by John Skufris on behalf of Hellenic Club Limited. The lease term is two years with an option of a further two years. 
John Skufris said: "The QY Group had an immediate leasing requirement and sought office space close to Hyde Park. 
“Interestingly, we had received good interest here from one other building group. Both builders were looking to relocate to the CBD from suburban offices."
John Skufris said in a separate deal, Probuild Constructions has leased 133 sqm at Level 4, 12 O'Connell Street with an initial rent of $620 per sqm per annum. The building is known as Manufacturers House.
