RECRUITMENT FIRM ON THE MOVE
Recruitment firm Allure Consulting has relocated to a new premises in Sydney's CBD through Ray White Commercial.
The firm has secured office space at Suite 3.01 of Level 3, 92 Pitt Street, Sydney, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Directors Jeremy Piggin and John Skufris.
“The office suite provided an existing fit out with direct lift exposure overlooking Pitt Street,” Mr Piggin said.
John Skufris said: “The location is also handy to both Martin Place and Wynyard.”
The 191.2 sqm office space is owned by LaSalle Investment Management.
Allure Consulting has taken out a five year lease at gross rental of $124,280 per annum.
