RENDEZVOUS IN SYDNEY'S CBD

Rendezvous Hotels has secured new Sydney premises at Level 6, 23 O'Connell Street, Sydney. The group is part of The Straits Trading Company Limited of Singapore.

The leasing transaction at the former Permanent Trustee building was completed on behalf of owner Accord Pacific Resorts Pty Ltd by Ray White Commercial Office Leasing Directors John Skufris & Anthony Harris.

Mr Skufris said Rendezvous Hotels intends to relocate into premises of 287.10 sqm having outgrown its Carrington Street office.

“23 O'Connell Street offered plug & play office space requiring minimal set up costs in Sydney CBD's financial precinct,” he said.

Rendezvous Hotels has taken up a 5 year lease with initial gross rental of $495 psm pa.

Ray White Commercial's Anthony Harris said the strata titled building had a selection of office suites of approximately 25 sqm to whole floors of 368 sqm for lease.

"Features included existing fit outs, furnishings, light from 2 sides, 3 passenger lifts & basement storage, within short walking distance of Wynyard, Martin Place and Circular Quay stations,” he added.
