TENANCY IN SYDNEY CBD LEASED FOR CITY FIRST GAMING THEMED BAR
The first video gaming-themed small bar in the Sydney CBD is set to open in the city’s western corridor.
The Spawn Point bar will be located at 199 Clarence Street and is near other popular small bars on Clarence St including Baxter Inn and Lobo Plantation with Papa Gede’s and Since I Left You accessible from Kent Street.
Spawn Point leased the premises through John Skufris from Ray White Commercial on behalf of a private owner.
“199 Clarence Street offered a lower ground whole floor tenancy with its own amenities, the availability of after hour access and was previously leased as storage space,” John Skufris said.
“We were informed this is the Sydney CBD’s first and only video gaming-themed small bar.
“The site for Spawn Point provides a convenient location between Town Hall and Wynyard. The top floor is currently available for lease with an internal staircase to the building’s rooftop area.”
Spawn Point has taken out a three year lease at an initial gross rental of approximately $475 per sqm per annum.
